The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were good and kind of clean, but some noise from the ice machine and loud guests was disruptive. It was convenient to have the option to rent movies in the room. The service was mainly pleasant, with some rude encounters around the casino and pool bar. The location, although needing modern updates, was close to Laughlin/Bullhead City and the water taxi. Dining wasn't impressive, and there were missed perks, yet Thanksgiving dinner at the buffet stood out. Additional positive aspects included the inexpensive dining for King Club members and the hot and cold sandwiches options. However the old toilet at the pool area was not safe for kids, and overall cleanliness issues persisted, particularly with the mold on the carpet and drain in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel offers some value for money for certain services but could benefit from improvements in various areas.
The hotel had nice and big rooms with a view, and everyone was very friendly. However, the initial cleanliness was lacking, and there was a smell issue. The absence of a microwave was also a downside.
